Traders Castle ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through traderscastletcc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Account details you provide at registration: full name, email address, phone number, and a preferred trading focus.
• Payment-related information processed by Razorpay (see Section 4) — we never see or store your card, UPI PIN, or netbanking credentials.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected automatically for site functioning.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your member account and dashboard.
• To process your course payment and grant access to the correct batch group link.
• To contact you regarding your batch, schedule, or support queries via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
• To send occasional updates about the program, if you've subscribed to our newsletter.

3. Password Security

Your password is stored using industry-standard one-way hashing (bcrypt) — we cannot see or recover your actual password, even internally.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are handled by Razorpay, a licensed and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. When you pay, your card/UPI/banking details go directly to Razorpay's secure servers — Traders Castle's servers never receive or store them. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded, along with a transaction reference, which we use to activate your access.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum necessary data with:

• Razorpay, solely to process your payment.
• WhatsApp/Telegram, only to the extent that group access requires it.
• Government or regulatory authorities, only where required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active and as necessary to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to info@traderscastletcc.com. Some information (such as payment records) may need to be retained for legal/accounting reasons even after a deletion request.

8. Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for keeping you logged in (session cookies) and for basic site functionality. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
