5. Pricing & Payment

All course/service prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed through authorised payment gateway providers.

6. Payment Processing & Course Delivery

After successful payment, enrollment confirmation and relevant course/batch details will normally be provided to the registered customer contact details within 24 hours.

For offline classroom programs, the actual classes will be conducted according to the batch schedule communicated to the student.

For online programs, access details will be provided according to the applicable course/access schedule.

7. Cancellation & Refund

All cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available separately on our website.

Customers are advised to carefully review the course details, pricing and refund/cancellation terms before making payment.

8. Intellectual Property

All course videos, PDFs, notes, presentations, recordings, strategies, educational materials, logos, graphics and other content provided by Traders Castle are the property of Traders Castle or its respective licensors.

No course material may be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, resold, uploaded or shared with third parties without prior written permission.

9. Course Access

Course access, where applicable, is provided only to the registered student/customer.

Sharing login credentials, course material or access with another person may result in suspension or termination of access without further notice.

10. Fraudulent Transactions

Traders Castle reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against fraudulent, unauthorised or suspicious transactions.

11. Changes to Courses

Traders Castle may reasonably modify course schedules, curriculum, instructors, batch timings or course structure when required.

Any significant changes affecting an enrolled student will be communicated through the registered contact details.

12. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, email address, mobile number and other information required for enrollment and communication.
